I belive all of you are having fun here, no more stress from school work. Anyhow we might be under stress without knowing it as far as we live in this real world. How do you blow off your stress??
Hi Angelar! When I get stressed up I drive on the highway with good music. Sometimes people say it's dangerous but it surely blows off my stress. Or I make myself active by doing sports or playing the piano. Hope you dont get stressed!
Hi, Angelar- I think, having chocolate works for me. On Monday, I had 5 pieces chocolate, and that means I was very stressful. If you don't have chocolate, don't regret it. I am all set. :)
Monday was very stressful for me...I usually blow off chatting with my friends using cell phones~ Or having chocolate or coffee or delicious food or snacks~ and also I draw pictures, read comic books and watch movies, and...um...oh~this is good one, taking a shower in hot water~~
Hi~ Angelar! There are many wasys to blow off my stress. When I get stressed by people , like my mom or my husband. I try to get away from them for a while and drive to the Dae-cheon beach. There is the favourite place to park with fantastic view. But If I jus get stressed by things, such as school work .... I uaually play the piano or get some chocolate like Grace. It really works out for me.
Hi~ Angelar~ When I get stressed I just sleep. When I wake up after sleeping, I almost forget all the stressful problems and feel so relaxed. It was my long-time consistent habit.(Expression is very dirty. I made it.)

Hi,Anglelar..This is Sally^^: good to see you here..I'm so lucky to meet you and Diana..Well,to relieve my stress I usually work out such as jogging and playing badminton without any thinking..Also,I enjoy watching movies..There's no secret in blowing off stress..Just you have to find out the solution,I think...Have a lovely time with your classmates on picnic day~

It makes me happy! But, it i did a lot, I could gain weight!!
